Goose Creek, SC—June 26, 2017—TRU Simulation + Training, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, announced today that the Online Ground School pilot training course for the Cessna Citation CJ4 (CE- 525C) has received approval by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This allows customers a flexible distance-learning option to complete the required aircraft systems portion of ground school during recurrent training. TRU offers online ground school for several other pilot training programs including the King Air 350 and Cessna Citation CJ3. In addition, online ground school courses will soon be offered for the Cessna Citation M2, CJ3+, and Latitude/Sovereign+ training programs which are located at the TRU ProFlight® Pilot Training Center™-Tampa.
The Cessna Citation CJ4 pilot training program launched in November 2016 at the TRU ProFlight Pilot Training Center in Carlsbad, California. This is the only CJ4 training program on the West Coast that utilizes a high-fidelity, Level D, Full Flight Simulator (FFS) as well as the only program to offer online ground school for the CJ4.

TRU’s ProFlight Pilot Training Center-Carlsbad currently offers pilot training programs for Cessna Citation CJ3, CJ4 and Cessna Conquest I (425) & Conquest II (441).
