The School currently has eight Frasca flight simulators (including a CRJ, Cessna 172 and KingAir/Baron convertible FTDs) and will be adding the B58 (Baron) in the fall of 2018.

Frasca has worked closely with Seneca to provide a cockpit-specific Flight Simulation Training Device  (FSTD) for each of the aircraft that Seneca Aviation students fly.  These include two Frasca built B200 FSTDs that Seneca has in place, with one being used to train Seneca’s Royal Canadian Air Force Pilot Training Program students at the Newnham Campus.

Seneca’s Honours Bachelor of Aviation Technology incorporates 131 hours of scheduled flight simulation training. Students have 24 hour access to the simulators for additional solo and mutual practice.
