Russian Helicopters Announces 26% Growth in Revenues, 93% EBITDA Increase

Moscow, Russia / 28 August 2015 – Russian Helicopters (“the Company”) – a subsidiary of Oboronprom, part of State Corporation Rostec – announces its audited consolidated financial results for the first half of 2015 under IFRS.

• Revenue grew by 26.0% to RUB 87.2 billion;
• EBITDA[1] surged 92.8% to RUB 26.4 billion, representing an EBITDA margin of 30.3%;
• Profit totaled RUB 13.0 billion.

Financial Highlights

The ?ompany’s consolidated revenues in 1H2015 totaled RUB 87.2 billion, an increase of 26.0% year-on-year. Revenues from helicopter sales amounted to RUB 73.0 billion, while revenues from services and support reached RUB 13.4 billion.

Cost of sales decreased by 7.3% year-on-year and amounted to RUB 39.1 billion. Operating expenses increased by 50.4% year-on-year and totaled RUB 26.1 billion.

EBITDA surged 92.8% year-on-year and reached RUB 26.4 billion. The EBITDA margin was 30.3%.

Profit in 1H2015 totaled RUB 13.0 billion.
