Not to forget that the whole program is delayed.
The article relentlessly shows that aircraft industry in Quebec is by majority related to Bombardier which is the min problem for the local industry.
Bombardier has not won the game in the narrow body jet liner market, but has for sure lost lost market shares in its original market. The government has no choice to help Bombardier, but we will lose again of the free market economy
