INTERNATIONAL AEROSPACE WEEK – MONTRÉAL 2017.
Montréal, April 4, 2017 — Aéro Montréal, Québec’s aerospace cluster, has announced the availability of new functionalities on its AeroPortail.ca website, thereby expanding the scope of services offered to companies and job seekers in the aerospace industry.
A new Careers section now provides a centralized platform for posting job offers and internships and gives companies access to a bank of candidates.
This announcement was made during International Aerospace Week – Montréal 2017, which is in its the third edition and being held at the Palais des congrès.
“Our AeroPortail.ca already offers a wide range of information about the aerospace industry in Québec,” notes Suzanne M. Benoît, President Aéro Montréal. “Our vision is to continue to develop our platform to make it indispensable for Québec’s aerospace industry. With the launch of a Careers section, Aéro Montréal is making a concrete contribution to helping companies meet their recruitment needs. It also offers a solution for meeting the challenge of succession by focusing on raising awareness and promoting careers in our sector.”
Aéro Montréal’s AéroPortail.ca also offers Webinars on themes of general interest that are attracting increasing attention from Internet users. Additional features will be added in the coming months.

All events and activities of the week, now in its third edition and being held from April 3 to 7, 2017, have been designed with one goal in mind: to offer SMEs a unique opportunity to learn about the latest developments, to network, and to enhance their business relationships in all sectors of the aerospace industry. This year, the emphasis is on the shift towards Industry 4.0.
