Friday, 1st July 2016 -ALSIM is very pleased to announce the sale of its recently developed AL250 simulator to Pacific Flying Club, one of Canada’s largest flight training centres. The school renewed its confidence in ALSIM as they already possess an ALSIM AL200 MCC device.
The AL250, EASA & FAA qualified, has been developed recently by the well-known flight simulator manufacturer in response to market demand for a high level general aviation AATD. This compact AATD addresses the initial phase training needs (PPL, CPL, IR/ME) and is SEP/ MEP reconfigurable. In addition, it offers both classic and glass instrumentation – at the flick of a switch!
Mr Clark Duimel, Executive Director, Pacific Flying Club General Manager, explains why he chose the ALSIM AL250: “The ALSIM AL200 has been a great addition to our programs and we are looking to the future and see the AL250 as enhancing the options available to our students. A big factor in the decision was our commitment to offering Vancouver area students the most simulator options available as well as the superior service levels ALSIM provides both before and after the sale”.
Pacific Flying Club seeks to maintain its status as one of the premier flight training and general aviation centers in Western Canada by providing a safe, quality flight training environment. Their instructors, engineers and administrative staff are committed to ensuring PFC members and students receive the highest level of customer service and instruction possible.
Pacific Flying Club was formed in 1965 as the Canadian Pacific Airlines Employees Flying Club. Since 1985, the Club has been located at Boundary Bay Airport, one of the busiest general aviation airports in Canada.
The Pacific Flying Club is recognized as an industry leader in flight training. The Club has a fleet of 27 aircraft and 3 simulators (including Boundary Bay’s only Level 5 King Air flight training device, plus a full-motion simulator).
