TROIS-RIVIERES, QUEBEC–(Marketwired – April 01, 2016) – Premier Aviation Overhaul Center, Inc. (Premier) is pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2016, Bret Burnside will be joining the Premier team as General Manager, Operations.
Based at Premier’s facility in Rome, New York, Bret will continue the development of Premier’s largest facility, focusing on the attainment of optimal performance within Premier’s multiple lines of airframe maintenance and paint.
With some 35 years of experience in airframe MRO, and in addition to his military service, Mr. Burnside brings a level of knowledge, understanding and focus to what MRO quality means. His experience includes senior and executive management positions throughout the industry; the most recent of which was as Chief Operating Officer at Aviation Technical Services (ATS). Bret’s past experiences as Vice President and General Manager at AAR and President of Cascade Aerospace, have provided him with both an operational and a financial perspective on airframe heavy maintenance.
As a previous owner of an MRO, Bret has had significant exposure to all aspects of our business which is invaluable to the delivery of Premier’s strategic plan.
