SAVANNAH, Georgia, September 24, 2015 — Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. recently appointed Jim Bunke as sales director, North American Sales, West Division. In his new role, Bunke is responsible for new aircraft sales in Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico and Utah. He will be based in Denver, and report to Brent Monroe, vice president, North American Sales, West Division.
“Jim is a well-known and respected sales executive who brings 37 years of experience to our customers,” said Scott Neal, senior vice president, Worldwide Sales and Marketing, Gulfstream. “We are delighted to welcome him to the team; he will be a valuable resource as we continue to grow the Gulfstream brand in the region.”
Bunke began his sales career at Beechcraft and positioned himself as a distinguished sales leader for 25 years. He comes to Gulfstream after 12 years with Bombardier Aerospace, where he was a top sales performer.
Bunke earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. He is a commercial and instrument-rated pilot and serves as the director of the University of North Dakota Aerospace Foundation Board.
